About:

Caroline is a registered psychologist who has been empowering her clients to create positive change in their lives for over 10 years. She believes our mental health and relationships are the foundations for a life well lived. She has experience working with adults, young people and families in the UK and Australia. She has worked in public community mental health services, hospitals and private practice. Over this time she has developed a flexible and responsive approach to working with her clients, grounded in Family Systems Theory and complemented by other therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She is guided by values of mutual respect, collaboration and honesty.

Availability:

• Thursdays: 10.00am – 2.00pm (Cremorne Office)

• Offers both in-person and Telehealth sessions.

Rates:

• $225 per 50-min session

• Caroline is an AHPRA registered Psychologist and clients who have a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP can claim a Medicare rebate of $98.95/session for up to 10 sessions. This results in an out-of-pocket cost of $126.05/session.

• Private Health Rebates are also available (check with your fund).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) (University of Sydney)

• Postgraduate Diploma of Professional Psychology (Macquarie University)

• Advanced Certificate in Bowen Family Systems Theory (Family Systems Institute)
